We understand that buying Bathroom Products can be a daunting task, and our aim at Westside Bathrooms is to make this as trouble-free and easy as possible whilst reassuring you of your purchase. Do you wish to check whether the shower tray size will fit your shower enclosure? Or do you have a technical question about whether a particular shower will work with your combi boiler? How experienced are the Customer Support Team?

Westside Bathrooms has been delivered on the back of our parent company, a well-established, family-owned business serving North East Lincolnshire for over 38 years. The company employs 23 staff across several sites, covering many roles, from bathroom fitting to content creation and warehouse operatives.

At Westside Bathrooms, we have five members of staff handling the telephone lines and e-mail communications, offering advice from technical support and support with your order to after-sales care. Staff have up to 40 years of experience within the industry.

To help us deal with your query as quickly as possible, please have as much information as possible. If an item is damaged, having photos helps the team rectify these issues quickly and swiftly.
